Rental Rates (Effective January 18, 2025)

Rental Deposit Fee:  $250.00

Weddings:  $900.00** (generally includes Thursday PM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Anniversaries: $700.00

Birthdays:  $500.00

Sokol Park alone (no access to Hall/Restrooms):  $200.00

Sokol Park with Outside Bar & access to Restrooms:  $550.00

Annual Meetings:  $600.00

Tabor Community Bingo Fundraisers:  $200.00

Tabor Community Dance Fundraisers:  $300.00

Funeral Dinner / Coffee after Wake:  $200.00

Baby / Bridal Shower:  $200.00

Auction Sale (2-day usage):  $800.00

Misc. Charges:

$20 per hour for bartender (applies only to Birthdays, Reunions, Showers)

Negotiations for unlisted events.

**Please note, effective 1/1/2026, all wedding events scheduled for after 1/1/26 will be charge $1,000 for the rental rate instead of $900.
